Image Maids is a professional residential cleaning company serving the Metro Atlanta area. We take pride in delivering high-quality, detailed cleaning services while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced house cleaners to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cleaning experience, is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Start time: 7:30 AM

End time: Typically mid-afternoon, with the possibility of working until 5:00 PM as needed

Pay & Compensation:

Commission-based pay structure

Weekly pay

Direct deposit every Thursday

Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance and efficiency

What You’ll Do:

- Clean residential homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area. 

- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing

- Work in a team of 2 cleaners

- Follow Image Maids’ professional cleaning systems, products, and standards

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of cleaning experience preferred

- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

- Must have a clean background

- MUST be able to drive a company vehicle (standard-size minivan)

- Willing to learn and follow Image Maids cleaning methods

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Hardworking and comfortable with a physically active job

 - Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

- MUST have reliable childcare 

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting

- Ability to lift items up to 10 pounds
