ALL INTERVIEWS ARE IN PERSON

Commission pay determined after interview based on cleaning experience and any previous cleaning management.

Responsibilities:

-MUST BE ABLE to drive a company vehicle.

- Oversee and manage team of employees from start to finish.
- Maintain quality work ethics and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate team cleaning to efficiently complete day to day tasks.
- Monitor employees progress and make necessary adjustments to meet strengths and weakness.
- Conduct inspections of homes to ensure work is being performed according to company standards.
- Work with upper management to communicate progress throughout the day of both your team and clients homes.
- Professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

- Pass a drug and alcohol test.

- Have clean background.

-MUST BE ABLE to drive a company vehicle.

- Willing to learn the Image Maids methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment

- A team player – you’ll work with 1-2 team members each day to clean homes throughout the Metro Atlanta Area.

- A hard worker – this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming etc.) job

- Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
